Another successful Ladies Day drawn doubles tournament was held at Whangaparaoa Tennis Club on the 3rd May 2015. The weather was superb, and the field of 56 ladies enjoyed great tennis.
Thanks go to Larry Cross for his expertise in running the draw, the men who did all the fabulous cooking (lunch and dinner) and to Bryan for the running of the bar to keep everyone hydrated during and after the event! Grateful thanks to the Hibiscus Vets Tennis Club for the use of their courts as well. Thanks also to the wonderful sponsors who donated fabulous prizes, and especially to KGA Accountants Warkworth (Jacqueline Ironside) for the generous sponsorship of the event”.
