Tennis Aerobics
Tennis Aerobics is a fun, fast-paced tennis group activity, that combines tennis training and cardiovascular exercise.
Tennis Aerobics is a social and fun class for players of all ability levels, where you get to hit lots & lots of balls, in a one hour session.
Club Coach Ken McLeod, runs the following Tennis Aerobics sessions, throughout the year. There is no need to book. Just turn up and train!
Cost is $10.00 per session (1 hour)
Monday: 7.30pm to 8.30pm (intermediate level players and above) – Changes to 7.00pm to 8.00pm from October 12th.
Thursday: 9.00am to 10.00am (all levels)
Friday: 9.00am to 10.00am (all levels)
