Tennis Aerobics is a fun, fast-paced tennis group activity, that combines tennis training and cardiovascular exercise.
Tennis Aerobics is a social and fun class for players of all ability levels, where you get to hit lots & lots of balls, in a one hour session.
Club Coach Ken McLeod, runs the following morning Tennis Aerobics sessions, throughout the year. There is no need to book. Just turn up and train!
Cost is $10.00 per session (1 hour).
Thursday: 9.00am to 10.00am (intermediate to advanced).
Friday: 9.00am to 10.00am (intermediate to advanced).
