Tennis Aerobics is a fun, fast-paced tennis group activity, that combines tennis training and cardiovascular exercise.
Tennis Aerobics on Monday evening is a social and fun class for intermediate level players and above, where you get to hit lots & lots of balls, in a one hour session.
Club Coach Ken McLeod, runs the Monday evening Tennis Aerobics sessions, throughout the year. There is no need to book. Just turn up and train!
Cost is $10.00 per session (1 hour)
Monday: 7.30pm to 8.30pm (intermediate level and above)
