Whangaparaoa Tennis Club held another very successful Love Tennis promotion day on Sunday 11th September.
Lots of enthusiastic potential new members, enjoyed a number of tennis activities put on by the club, including the very popular speed radar for measuring speed of serves.
The club received a solid number of new senior and junior members, so the day was a resounding success.
Huge appreciation and thanks go to the organising committee of Alf Sayer, Kerry Morris, Paige Constantin & Lana Sokolnikova, who did a fantastic job organising the entire promotion.
Thanks also to all the club volunteers who helped on the day. Alf & Rhona, Kerry (new registrations) Lana (lolly scramble), Paige, (photographer), Steven Lay, Mark Crosby, Ali, Sandy, Adrienne, Moshen, Catherine, Derek, Stephen Higgins, Andrew (BBQ), Simon Crampton (bar), Simon Yock (junior registrations) and Kenny who was on court for the entire day and did a fantastic job working with prospective new junior members.
